This agreement is between you, THE CUSTOMER and Isvaraluz, LLC. 

Due to the nature of the Program you cannot receive a refund for the Program or any component event regardless of whether you attend the events or not. All funds will be deemed earned upon receipt and activation and access to the program for THE CUSTOMER. All funds will be deemed earned by CONSULTANT as soon as they are received by CONSULTANT.

Isvaraluz, LLC is the Facilitator of this program for THE CUSTOMER.

THE CUSTOMER's payment and digital acceptance of these terms to acknowledge these terms on this agreement indicates compliance with the above requests and understanding of the services provided.

In addition, you agree to be added to our WhatsApp Community. To enhance our communication and ensure you don't miss out on any exciting updates, we ask for your phone number for WhatsApp messaging. Rest assured, your privacy matters to us, and we'll use this platform solely for important updates and engaging conversations.
